Target and prerequisites:

  • Professional coaches with more than 100 hours coach-specific training
  • Internal Coaches and professional Executive Coaches
  • Coaches who want to become ICF credetialed at PCC level

Programme

Each module lasts between 2 and 5 days for a total of 15 days – over a year

You may choose between the whole program or one/several seperate modules and the optional PCC credentialing procedure (see Registration form).

Executive Coaching – 4 days – with Pamela Richarde, MCC, and Jennifer Whitcomb, MCC

Description:  This highly experiential workshop is designed to heighten your mastery when coaching executives. You will identify your own coaching essence and use of self that will bring authenticity and value to your work. We will use a blend of coaching demonstrations and practices, case studies, reflective exercises and rich conversation to maximize your experience.  This program will be delivered in English, with some dynamic translation.

  • Making the case for Executive Coaching
  • Executive Coaching Competency: Contextual Listening
  • Creating effective Coaching Session Agreements
  • Your role as an Executive Coach
  • Self as Executive Coach

Day Two

  • Executive Coaching Competency: Evocative Questioning
  • On-boarding and contracting in organizational Coaching
  • Measurables – defining success measures
  • Characteristics of the Executive Client
  • Self as Executive Coach

Day Three

  • Executive Coaching Competency: Direct Communication & Cultural Competency
  • Navigating ethical complexities in organizational Coaching
  • Executive Coaching Competency: Rapport Building & Presence
  • Dealing with Abrasive and/or Toxic Leaders
  • Self as Executive Coach

Day Four

  • Internal versus External Coaching
  • Distinguishing elements of the Coach Approach versus Pure Coaching
  • Developing coaching programs and culture inside an organization
  • What’s next: Suggested steps/methodology/elements
  • Self as Executive Coach:  90 day plan  

Coaching at the Board Level – 2 days with Sylviane Cannio, MCC,  Me Marie Evrard and Thierry Faut (consultant)

Coaching at the Board of Directors level
Coaching with the intervention of business lawyers and field experience

Coaching Top Executive Women – 2 days – with Sylviane Cannio, MCC

Coaching women executives – the specific problems faced by women at a high level in the hierarchy

Coaching Teams – 5 days – with René-David Hadjadj, MCC and Sylviane Cannio, MCC

The stages of team formation – collective intelligence – systemic approach – team diagnosis – the Belbin method for team composition – organizational constellations – delegated functions – power games and stratagems leading to “scapegoating” situations – social positions (neuroscience) – personality types (MBTI and PCM) and their influence on teams – cultural diversity in high-performing teams

Supervision – Group Pratice – 4 x 1/2 day

In group of limited size, in English or in French. With MCC or PCC coaches (certified as supervisor).

Optional: official ICF credentialing at PCC level – with MCC coaches

  • Written exam and presentation of case analysis
  • Oral exam: a 30 minute coaching conversation followed by a well-documented feedback by an ICF assessor (MCC)
  • Eligibility: pursue a minimum of 3 modules of the Level 3 program as well as the group supervision (4 afternoons) and display a minimum of 125 hours of coach training (for instance with another coaching school).

Those who follow the whole programme are automatically registered to the Team Supervision & Mentor Practice ( 4 afternoons between June and January)

You may choose to pursue the whole programme or only some Modules. The programme leads to the certification exam at PCC level for those who want to be credentialed.
