Coaching Executives in an organisational environment is a complex process, requiring the coach to have an excellent ability to design alliances and navigate the challenges of multiple relationships. This master class will address the areas that an Executive Coach must be schooled in, in order to create a productive, safe and ethical relationship. Each area also highlights the critical ICF Competencies that are a part of the process. This master class is recommended for coaches that are looking to work in an organisational system with the top leadership.
You will identify your own coaching essence and use of self that will bring authenticity and value to your work. We will use a blend of coaching demonstrations and practices, case studies, reflective exercises and rich conversation to maximise your experience.
