The Executive Coaching Masterclass is a three-day intensive course (plus a follow-up conference call) integrating coaching mastery and your personal evolution as an Executive Coach.
Highly experiential, you heighten your mastery in working at the executive level. You will identify your unique sense of self and coaching essence that will bring authenticity and irreplaceable value to your work.
You will develop and expand your presence as an Executive Coach through case studies, demonstrations, practice and reflective exercises.
Working with Pamela Richard MCC - a pioneer of what we have come to understand as modern coaching today - you will understand what it means and how it feels to be in the presence of a true leader and executive coach. Having devoted 25 years to the training of what it takes to ‘be’ a coach and as a co-creator of the ICF, her combination of great humility and sense of humour is truly an opportunity not to be missed.
Groups are limited to fifteen participants to ensure the quality of experience.
