Rediscover your organisation's creative potential by fostering confident communication to propel your business toward further success.
Our individual or group supervision program is skilfully designed with a balance of challenge and support to level up your and your team's leadership presence. It's an opportunity to share experiences in a safe, supportive environment for joint development. It can increase opportunities for learning, new idea creation and emotional support. It fosters a sense of belonging and celebrates diversity.
Feryal Hassaine MCC and CSA Supervisor guides you creatively through the mind and into the body and heart of the matters at hand. This reduces feelings of isolation, supports the development of group cohesion and evokes shared values. You cultivate a sense of inclusion yourself and for others.
Considered as a secured-based leadership coach by G. Kohlrieser from IMD and an impactful trainer by her clients, Feryal is known to be both respectful and demanding. Combining professional expertise in multicultural leadership, in petrochemical and various sectors, she has the ability to help leaders and teams to deploy their resources to achieve successful results on the ground while aligning with the company's vision and keeping their life balance.
In 2011, she opens the school Nova Terra Coach Training & Corporate Development (today's Nova Terra Coaching & Consulting), which conveys the same values that have always animated her life.
Groups are limited to eight participants to ensure the quality of experience.
This program is available in French and English.

Group supervision, on the other hand, is primarily about enhancing the professional development and self-awareness of the participants. They are not necessarily all part of the same team, but may come from within the same organisation.
No - whilst supervision originates from fields like counselling, psychotherapy, and coaching to provide a space for practitioners to reflect on their work and receive feedback and support, it's wider application and benefit to businesses as an effective and efficient method of collaborative personal development is becoming more widespread.
