What is Level Two of our Mastery & Art of Coaching program?

Are you a coach looking to expand your practice to the level of a professional certified coach? Our fourteen day program has been created to assess your level of coaching against the International Coaching Federation (ICF)'s core competencies at the Professional Coach Level.

Nova Terra's Unique Approach To Coach Training

By joining our program, you'll gain access to highly-qualified coaches. They come from diverse backgrounds and have years of experience. Our program meets all the requirements set by the ICF. It means you can practice as a coach while improving your mastery of and art of coaching with fundamental mentoring.

Through regular practice and guidance, you will explore your casework and that of peers at the Professional Level, delving into the core matters for coaches and the heart, head, and body of clients. It's a journey that enhances your practice, fortifies your identity as a coach, and more.

Who is it for?
  • Individuals who have already completed Level One of coach training and want to become professional coaches.
  • Individuals who have significant experience in the field of coaching and/or an equivalent certification from another coaching organisation.
  • Coaches who are looking to refresh or retrain.

What is the schedule?
  • Fourteen training days (from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM) to assess the ICF core competencies at the PCC level (This is an Accredited Coach Training Program - ACTP). It constitutes 125 hours of training, known as Accredited Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH).
  • Our training takes place at our premises in Uccle (Brussels)
  • Our next group in French will start on February 9th.
  • Our next group in English will start on February 23rd.
