We run group sizes with a minimum of 6 participants and maximum of 12 to ensure that the quality of training and exchange between participants.
Yes! There are continuous assessments through both level one and level two of the MAC. At the end of level two, we support you in finding someone to be coached and then be recorded as part of your independent application for your ICF credential.
We also provide a comprehension assessment of two mandatory reading books that form part of your Nova Terra coaching journey. This, combined with a set of ethical dilemma questions, support you in preparing for the Competency & Knowledge Assessment (CKA) for when you eventually apply for your ICF accreditation.
Once you have completed Level 2 of the MAC program, you will be given a certificate demonstrating 10 days or 75 hours of training following an assessment of your coaching level.
At this stage, you will be certified Level One of Nova Terra. This will allow you to begin working as a coach, logging your coaching hours and working towards your accreditation at the ACC level with ICF.
Once you have logged your required hours, you will need to approach the ICF to apply for your ICF credential (ACC/PCC) and/or membership.
Level 2 of the MAC program provides 14 days or 98 hours of coach training to empower your coaching skills. On completion you will be certified to the Level 2 of Nova Terra.
Once you’ve completed our program, you will need to approach the ICF to apply for your ICF credential (ACC/PCC) and/or membership.
After having successfully completed the MAC program (Level 1 & 2), you will receive our Level 2 Certificate. This certificate represents 168 hours of Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEUs).

If you’re interested in the Mastery & Art of Coaching training (Level 1 or Level 2), you can pay the fees in a one-time payment or split it in 4 instalments, regardless if you’re a company, a freelancer, or an individual.
In the Brussels-Capital Region, the Mastery & Art of Coaching training provides access to paid education leave for employees. You can also check out the training subsidies available for freelancers and businesses.
IIn the Flemish Region, subsidies are available via the KMO portefeuille up to 30%, please visit this page for more information.
Workshops, supervision groups, and our training courses usually provide Continuous Professional Development (CPD) hours or Continuous Coach Education Units (CCEU) useful to renew your ICF credentials at any level - ACC / PCC / MCC. It’s not the case for all of them, please the descriptions thoroughly or ask us.
Our training is conducted in both in English and French. If you're unsure of which language you should choose, we suggest choosing the one you will want to apply your learnings in.
