How big are the group sizes in this program?

Accepted Answer

We run group sizes with a minimum of 6 participants and maximum of 12 to ensure that the quality of training and exchange between participants.

Question 2

How do I pay the fees for the MAC Program?

Accepted Answer

If you're interested in the Mastery & Art of Coaching training (Level 1 or Level 2), you can pay the fees in a one-time payment or split it in 4 instalments, regardless if you're a company, a freelancer, or an individual.

Question 3

What accreditation will I receive from Nova Terra's training programs?

Accepted Answer

Workshops, supervision groups, and our training courses usually provide Continuous Professional Development (CPD) hours or Continuous Coach Education Units (CCEU) useful to renew your ICF credentials at any level - ACC / PCC / MCC. It's not the case for all of them, please the descriptions thoroughly or ask us.

In what languages is a training conducted in?

Our training is conducted in both in English and French. If you're unsure of which language you should choose, we suggest choosing the one you will want to apply your learnings in.

Yes - we have a diverse team of coaches from various backgrounds and industries who are qualified at the associate, professional and certified master coach level with the International Coaching Federation; so wherever you find yourself in your leadership journey, we will find you a coach.
