Our different modules will support you in enriching your practice:
Level 1 of our training program will answer all your questions:
At Nova Terra, you leave with confidence, not how to DO coaching but how to BE a coach through our time-honoured practical approach.
By joining our program, you will have access to highly-qualified coaches from diverse backgrounds with years of experience. Our program answers all the requirements of the ICF so you can begin to practice as a coach following your certification. Equally, its experiential nature offers countless practical exercises, enabling you to find your own coaching style.
The program is divided in two levels spread over a period of ten months. The first level lasts over ten non-consecutive days and ends by an assessment of the eight core competencies at the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
The second level lasts 14 non-consecutive days with an assessment of the ICF core competencies at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level through supervision of your practice with your first clients.
Once you have completed Level One of the MAC program, you will be given a certificate demonstrating 10 days or 75 hours of training following an assessment of your coaching level.
At this stage, you will be certified to the level of an Associate Certified Coach by Nova Terra. This will allow you to begin working as a coach, logging your coaching hours and working towards your accreditation at the ACC level with ICF.
Once you have logged your required hours, you will need to approach the ICF to apply for your ICF credential (ACC/PCC) and/or membership. These requirements will be explained to you during your training.
